John
John is an Accountant with many years’ experience working both in industry at senior levels and private practice.
He is a fellowship member of the Federation of Tax Advisers FFTA and of the Institute of Financial Accountants AFA.
In addition to his skills as an Accountant he also has experience and knowledge of setting up a variety of his own businesses which were ultimately sold on to larger organisations.
Consequently he has a great deal of empathy with clients in respect of daily trading issues connected to the running of a business as well as his accountancy expertise.
An important part of John’s ability is to put complex tax and business regulations into words that allow the client to fully understand the issues at hand.
Laura
Laura has worked as our accounts assistant for over five years. She brings an extensive background of experience to LWJ & Co from her twelve years in banking, administration and retail.
Capable of managing numerous tasks and responsibilities across the business, Laura is an extremely valued member of our team.
In 2013 Laura became a first-time mother and now balances her role part-time while caring for her daughter.
Craig
Craig is John’s son and has been involved with the family business since February 2014.
Craig has enjoyed a successful career in sales and marketing for more than 20 years.
His role in the company is predominately marketing and communication focusing on clients changing needs in a challenging commercial environment.
Craig describes himself as an amiable, approachable, family oriented man who values the integrity of a family run business.
Craig hopes one day his son Jack will follow him into the family business.
